We had a think back over Xmas and New Year about and tried to remember what we had sponsored in 2008. Here's what sprung to mind, we never make a big thing over teh sponsorship but it is something we believe in as long as they are grass roots causes.

The Jacka - International Mobbin featuring some of the biggest names in the industry such as C-Bo & Mob Figaz, Cormega, Traxmillion, San Quinn, Huslah, Fed-X, Yukmouth, Pretty Black, Ampichino and Rydah.

LATE - Two Thousand and LATE, there isn’t any other UK Hip-Hop artist achieved more on an underground level then LATE. From his humble beginnings in the well-respected rap crews Villains and Wolftown Committee, LATE has carved his own niche by achieving underground success on an international level.
Juttla - At War with Satan is his first Dubstep album and has already received plays from Bobby Friction, Nihal, Annie Mac, Nerm & D-Code on BBC Radio 1, as well as numerous plays on Galaxy FM, BBC Asian Network and HHBRadio.com.
Jelluzz – Capital Letterz, Jelluzz is an artist hailing from the north of London on a one-man mission to make unique, fresh and most importantly; quality music. In a major way. Jelluzz exploded onto the UK scene with a big bang that saw it getting rotation on MTV Base and Choice FM, receiving rave reviews in Young Voices magazine as ‘the artist to watch for 2007’, and the video stayed in the Channel U Top 10 for eight weeks, placing Jelluzz as a serious artist, as opposed to just another MC, to pay close attention to.

UK veterans such as Taskforce, Blak Twang, Baby J and LATE feature along side US rapper Necro and lashings of well known names such as Akala, Bashy, N Dubz, Stig Of The Dump and Pyrelli amongst others.

Bringdaruckus.com (BDR) was the brainchild of Chris Torres who was shocked at the lack of attention Scottish hip-hop gets within the music industry and felt it was time for a change. Chris said, "I was looking to find more information on Scottish hip-hop but found it difficult to locate information on new releases, gigs and artists. Apart from the Scottish hip-hop forum there was not much else. This is when I thought about starting up a website that could remedy this problem. The aim was to build an online community for hip-hop in Scotland. A place where homegrown acts can showcase their talent and fans can get the latest gig information in Scotland." On April 1st 2006, bringdaruckus.com was born.
Drifter Jon we like to try and support interesting people who are doing what they do for the love of it and are basically into sturban clothing and that's how we came across Jon Beezy, here's his bio in his words, we like him but before we go into it we found out 2 interesting facts. His track car does 5 MPG, and for every event he spends £400 on tyres, and that's why this guy needs free clothes from us;-)

CANCER SELL has also been created to help progressive global urban street artists to form a connection between local people by allowing them to display their chosen donation in a formal display setting.
Weapon of Choice the live paint evening held once a month at Mr Wolfs in Bristol with the likes of Mr Jago & Inkie painting plus live hip hop.
FUND42 The money raised will be driven directly into local community projects in Malawi such as HIV/AIDS awareness campaigns, as well as this funds will go on resources for local school and orphanages.
The FUND42 gig currently has 2 Canterbury based funk/rock bands and a selection of hip hop DJ's including the current UK DMC Champ DJ JFB and headlining is Killa Kela. 31 May 08
